First time buyer Anchorage Alaska
Hello, I am moving to Anchorage AK in approximately three months and would like to know if anyone has a good point of contact for a relator. This will be my first time buying a home and I am looking for a house that I can rent out in the future.
I am obviously new to real estate, however I am actively educating myself, and would like this first house to be the asset rather than a liability in a long term plan to building wealth.
If anyone can help me out, or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate the advice.
