Before I started learning about RE, I did a streamline refinance on 237k with a fixed 3.25%, at the time it did make sense.

another letter i receive talks about "streamline refinancing" perhaps i'm just being paranoid about this all and could just ask lenders what it all means, i'm just not sure who is actually trying to help me get the best deal on my refinance and who's just trying to meet some quota.

Wondering now though - is there another more recommend way to rent out the rooms for the 6-9 months I won't be there besides through Airbnb to make it all more streamlined?

Then all of their paper work they need , it really is a hassle, in some towns I wish I could make the process alot more streamlined.
