(This was a house that was gifted to me,  and has been int he same family since the 1960's or so...).To me, it's a slight eye sore, as well as a potential sanitation issue, if not now, then at some point.

I'm Currently Active duty Navy in the Hampton Roads area ....I'm fresh in the world of investing but I've always wanted this since I was 17 years old and the Carlton Sheets era was bombing lol but money wasn't the motive I've worked house and help my dad around the house and that feeling of ownership and knowing that taking an eye sore and making it your vision is one of the besting feeling ever.

The rest of the unit has been updated but the kitchen/dinning area was always an eye sore and a big let down for tenants when showing the unit.
