Huntsville is a tech city, it's like 1/3 of Silicon Valley in the South.

Silicon Valley and SF may be expensive but has the most stable economy and job growth.

Northern Utah County is considered one of the best areas for big tech (silicone slopes) and since that's not going anywhere, we're expecting tons of growth.
