Hey guy,  I live in Connecticut.  I'm just starting as a real state investor. I bought my first property  in Tennessee a year ago, now I'm getting ready for the second one, but I want to get more knowledge about investing RS. Also I would like to know about good location for investing. Please any suggestions, I'll appreciate it.

I agree with @Lee Yoder try and stick to one market and continue to grow our team/network. Chattanooga is tough to find deals but you already did it once so you'll be fine. The beautiful thing about Chattanooga is the extraordinary demand for rentals. We are seeing 6 or more applications per house on average and days-on-market below 21 in the off-season and below 14 in the spring/summer months so vacancy is a non-issue. If you can find a deal grab it!
