Moving to Salt Lake City Area

Hello,  I have just recently been offered a position as an engineer down in Springville just south of Salt Lake City, Utah.  My wife and I absolutely love the area and are considering the move.  We currently live and invest in Arkansas and would love to invest in the Utah area once we move there!!!! I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has any tips for the market over there, or a good place to be looking for our first home out in that area.  We will need a good realtor, or even a wholesaler, any recommendations?  I look forward to the new challenges and opportunities that Utah will present to us.  Any tips or connections will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!!!
