I don't have much of a network, and have scrubbed through most of the forums related to this region on this site.

I've scrubbed probably 50 lenders so far including the list floating on these forums with no luck.Refinancing for a crazy rate, crazy fees, and resetting my loan to 30 years isn't going to happen ether.

Sounds like you've run across the multitude of 'brokers' who just take the listing brokers' Offering Memorandums, regularly scrub them of all data to make it look like it's their listing, claim it's off market, and then make you sign a CA that says you will pay them a fee if you close.

I recommend having your carpets cleaned and scrubbing your walls and windows.

Even with degreaser, you may need a floor scrub brush and you may need to run through several mop buckets of water.
