Rework existing downspouts to work with new scupper-Provide new tapered polyisocyanurate (also called ISO -very common roof insulation) to provide drainage to new through wall roof scupper.

Rather, I'm hoping a little feedback will encourage you rework your plan.Consider finding properties that DO need some rehab.

One Tuesday night, after I finished my RE work & went back to work in the restaurant, 8 gang members came in and try to extort from my restaurant, they turned tables upside down, scaring all customers away, throwing chairs.

This can go south real fast and result in either a lot of bad work, leaky work and or complete fail and complete rework of all the tile.

I am finding the same issue, to no surprise, elsewhere but I think the suggestions so far (RUBS is ideal) are acceptable substitutes in the event that a rework of a buildings inners is too expensive.

I would caution you about buying OOS especially if you don't have lots of cash reserves - don't buy RE. Work

We then reworked the note by eliminating interest in exchange for a large upfront payment and double payments until the note was paid.
