People who see them overlap think its odd. 

This idea may be challenged by the "real estate machine", but you have several overlapping major life events. 

If you are overlapping too much, that spells trouble. 

This overlaps with my lease by a week after expiration.

The area is peppered with both zones, many overlapping.

There is usually some overlap on projects, but it is not twice as hard to do 2 projects at the same time.

There would be no overlap of trades; one sparky, one plumber etc. , Probably a good network effect with cross referrals etc.  

Just some diligence needed to make the timelines for each exchange overlap. 

For your immediate needs however (while deciding what to do in either the organization of further LLCs or not), it would seem most logical and expeditious to give your insurance provider a quick call and simply get an umbrella policy - protect the one LLC further now, overlaps to each property in the meantime. 

There apparently is a fine line with some overlap......
