For a newbie I don’t know if I’d say it’s super inspiring to spend way over a million dollars in a few houses and say you became independent on 3 properties .

It's not repeatable for a new investor with zero knowledge or experience and I think it's irresponsible to encourage him to cash out equity and chase rainbows.I'll agree with you that not everyone can do this as newbies.

For a newbie such as myself, this type of group would be very beneficial :)
