LOLNot to derail the thread away from wholesaling and onto the Marijuana debate but, I completely agree.Huge industry that can bring a lot of tax dollars into the country.

Hello all,I have an agent friend who has a friend who has a client who has a clean record, however they were arrested with 2 pounds of marijuana in their car.

Now, either there's a crazy leak that I'm/he's unaware of or all that water is being used for something very specific--like a crap-ton of plants.If he's got some big marijuana operation going, my big concern is fire (well, and apparently water) damage concerns.

As of Jan 1 14 selling marijuana will be legal here in CO where bandit signs will continue to be illegal.

Unfortunately I think you are going to be forced to monitor the situation, hoping for a violation of the lease, the usual suspects being Pets, Marijuana (not even sure that will work anymore since it is legal), and "use of property as a business" when she is working from home and the lease is residential only.   

One could argue federal law trumps state law, however we could look at the current situation of marijuana and see that the states can and do go against federal law.

Our FB page got more likes out of this.I used the Facebook criteria to EXCLUDE smokers, pet owners and those interested in marijuana legalization.
