As a new RE investor, should I get my RE licence?

I'm an immigrant from a small island who had done a 2 yr degree in business and was wondering if that would be sufficient enough to get me approved for a licence providing that i have already met the other requirements for applying for a real estate licence in Florida. have anyone else ever gone through that process and if so let me know how you dealt with it. thank you in advance.

Just got my RE licence in Michigan.This 40 unit C class apartment complex in a decent area for 1.7 million Listed in MLS is interesting - waiting to get more information on that property.My question is: Am I looking at a big project without much experience?

I have read a lot of threads about whether or not its worth it to get a Real estate licence as an investor.

As the buyer, you need to take ownership of the due-diligence process and negotiations because that marketer is not a licenced agent and does not have a fiducial responsibility to you.Why Birmingham?
