Investment in Multi-units

Hello everyone, I have been on BP a couple of wks. now. Have invested/sold our multi-unit properties (1-2units and 1-3 unit )(10 yrs back and made some money) and looks like I am back for good this time around.

Multi-units is what keep coming to my mind and that is what I am seeing. I am an accountant and have 25+ years of experience. Just got my RE licence in Michigan.

This 40 unit C class apartment complex in a decent area for 1.7 million Listed in MLS is interesting - waiting to get more information on that property.

My question is:

Am I looking at a big project without much experience? (ofcourse, I will be doing it full time and I think I can ask for some prof. help and get some good investor partners too.)

If I don't jump in I won't learn I guess?

I have done a lot of the mistakes in business and failed at a few and learnt my lessons in the past, I don't want to do it again?

If not this property, maybe something else in the near future..

Thought it will be interesting to get some of your feedback... would love to connect with similar investors and learn from you Pro's out there.

Regards, B. Kumar
