I hope I'm not being delusional here, but Real Estate has captured my interest seeing as so many people have mentioned it before.Currently I'm in college pursuing a 2 yr degree in Construction Management and will transfer to get a bachelor's in the same field.

consider proximity to an airport wit reasonable fares, Manty and Trivers (local speak) are a Hike to Milwaukee Airport, and Green Bay is quite expensive to fly out of. just a thought, Unless you fall into a great deal, a $50-70K 4plex is gona be pretty rough, both in condition and location, get familiar with the areas, and if you do settle in Manty, Just remember its Cooler Near the Lake, not sunglasses and board shorts cooler, like 50 degrees in late June, and 20 miles west its 80 degrees. just considerations.

She advised me to try and focus on getting my life together, which she defined as securing better employment in science; the degree that earned me my student loan debt.I don't know if I will be attending said REIA again next month because of the "speaker" they had that night.
