I hope I'm not being delusional here, but Real Estate has captured my interest seeing as so many people have mentioned it before.

Currently I'm in college pursuing a 2 yr degree in Construction Management and will transfer to get a bachelor's in the same field. I'm also thinking about getting a minors in business. I don't know if construction field will help me much, but it seems like it'll give me the upper hand.

As of now I have no idea what real estate really entitles and no funds, so besides reading what else could help me within this area? My ultimate goal is to make enough where I don't have to work many hours and still live somewhat lavish
