There are very nice areas of Bowsher in South Toledo 43614, and even the areas of West Toledo in 43612 and 13 that aren't the holy grail of Washington Local can be solid buys.

@Alyssa Davis, a tenant who wants to buy your property is the holy grail to an investor.

Make sure to set your keyword alerts properly - I suggest using progressively specific key word phrases, so you can see if people are talking about one aspect of your interest or if they mention the holy grail of alllll your interests in one post.

Typically I'd just write this off as the cost of doing business, thank whomever I feel is holy that i'm no longer chained to them and get moving.
