Rental destroyed after not being able to evict

The Landlord started the eviction two months before the pandemic, which demonstrates the Tenant shouldn't have been able to blame COVID for his inability to pay rent. The blanket closure of our legal system is unjust.

The video includes some before/after photos. This guy seems like a nice Landlord that takes care of his rentals.

That landlords post is making its way around FB, and from his own post it seemed inevitable. He stated that when the tenant applied he has **** credit and was a felon, but had a good feeling so he rented to the guy anyways. Lesson, dont listen to your gut. Stick to credit score criteria and dont make exceptions.
