Hello everyone! 

New to REI and have been absorbing hundreds of hours of information for months now. Im currently building capital and analyzing deals on the MLS everyday just to get the practice and be ready to go.

I plan to invest using the BRRRR method.

Im looking to network with anyone also doing anything similar, anyone from the local area, or anyone in general.

Im welcoming any advice or tips just starting out.

Everything I've ran has been in the less than ideal school districts and I'm not really trying to get into that for my first property because I'm guessing I'd have a hard time renting it out.

 I do buy and hold. If schools are a concern I’d buy further north in Washington local schools. Personally it doesn't bother me. PM me I’ll add you to our Toledo investors chat group.
