When I need it to pull up a quick record I've had the website freeze.  

It is a 2.5 ton central air unit that has been overcharged (from the tech he said likely it was overcharged with too much freon so it would never freeze because it constantly runs in the summer months) . 

I did not see a freeze on my account for reporting fraud to Bank of America, but  they also insisted that we deal with the fraud department not the branch which we quickly did. 

Unfortunately, we have our credit reports locked/frozen so it won't verify our identity without removing the freeze and we aren't sure how long that is going to take.  

Plus we were looking for plumbers right during the freeze in Houston.

They're not installing any new ones once the ground freezes and their pool closing business should be all wrapped up by now. 

I'm down from $5-6k per year in total utilities (high local electric rates and also oil in an older house that's about 3300 sqft with vaulted ceilings everywhere, and I work from home) down to less than $3k.My geothermal's oversized enough that I took out the baseboard hydronic as back up heat after the house stayed super toasty during the last deep, deep freeze, so now I want the indirect tank gone. 

We all talk on the phone to friends and family without a second thought but put a stranger on the phone and many freeze.

All of our properties our well maintained and with good tenants... but with all the cold weather in the midwest I have worried about pipes freezing.

I go out looking for deals and then freeze.
