It is easy to poke holes at something that you don't understand and in some ways may be over-hyped and has a high dollar entry value.

I always joked I was just going to pop a hole in the drywall so they could point to it and say, "there fix that" and be happy. lol

Maybe even slope your window sill to promote proper drainage. 

If there is knowlege of what their trade area demographics are you could theoretically use that to hone in on specific markets where there is no MCD's currently, but that would mean overlaying the current competition map as well to find those holes in their overall location strategy.  

Leaking toilets not installed properly, gaping hole in roof, holes left in siding, tile laid incorrectly which will need to be replaced, not installing the back splash properly.

Don't be this guy/gal who finds themself in a hole 4 months post close due to a lack of effort in finding the right team.

Small multifamily 2-10 units is completely a forgotten black hole in the real estate industry.

Same,  thank goodness I didn't get this email a year ago,  or I would've been down the rabbit hole on this one.  

There's a lot that can go wrong financially and you can really put yourself in a DEEP hole if things go south.
