https://drive.google.com/file/...Hey Omer, I didn't see anything here that would make me run away in terror, although I would have an electrician take a closer look at those rusted breakers and also have an HVAC pro deliver a quote for installing a drip pan and securing the condensate drain line.All the other items would have been observable by the naked, untrained eye (e.g., missing gutters), so I'm assuming your offer price already took them into account.

AneU_VTSiG...I already had two AC people come in to inspect it and one couldn't even diagnose what was happening (he said "it's just old") and the other one suspects it's a condenser but wasn't sure and thinks it's better to replace the whole unit.The previous owner of the house says it's only 4 years old and should be fine.

Some of them drain it down into a pan under the fridge and the condenser fan evaporates it.

Instead of planning out for a 12-month year and evaluating every quarter how you're doing and setting goals for the entire year, you condense the year down to 12 weeks and set goals for the 12 weeks, and reevaluate every week how you're doing.
