Unless you are looking to build something extravagant and large with a unique design.Also, there is a LOT to consider regarding sand filter or regular filter, backwash line ran, pool pump (variable speed or single), pool heater (Gas vs electric and the kWH of the heating elements), whether doing a salt water system, something like a drinkable pool water system, or typical chlorine pool (which will often need a chemical feeder).Also dehumidification is important.

They will play a game where the restoration company charges a ridiculous amount to clean it up, involving all kinds of bogus proprietary chemicals (bleach labeled something fancy) PPE/hazmat suits, hazardous materials removal protocols, extreme overkill, removing all the sheetrock, carpet and baseboard, etc. knowing the whole time the insurance company will beat them down to about half their original price, and the end result will be a giant hassle where you end up paying for it all through an increased insurance premium from having made the claim.

Talk to your insurance agent about the correct commercial STR policy that would also cover the pool.Then just put all the normal stuff, like no glass around pool, no diving, no lige guard swim at your own risk etc.Have a licensed insured pool company maintain it so you don't get sued for improper chemicals.
