Police raid my rental house that turn to marijuana house by tenants.

Now I have many troubles. I have to spend money and time to restore my house. I know tenants name and ssn .

Could I sue them for everything they did to me? and what will happen after I sue them

@Thomas Moose

Some hard advice here....get over it. Cleanup the mess, meet city inspectors, turn things around and rent it out again. Getting all stressed, lawyers, lawsuits...all a waste of time, energy and money. Just move forward.

Same thing happened to my rental here in Jacksonville..DEA, state marshals, doors and windows kicked in, machine guns and 100 pounds of weed, news crews...etc...a month later it was old news and the house was rented out again..
