Hi All,I just landed a seller with a home for sale through a yellow letter campaign.

In the process of building a direct mail campaign and I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on whether it makes a difference in targeting absentee owners in a town which is more in a rural, family community versus a town closer to the city.

It's good to research this all upfront before you start spending a bunch of money on campaigns etc.

Jerry Puckett and Sharon Vornholt - could you all possibly recommend an initial campaign for Rachel, including the 4 or 5 selection criteria that she might use on something like ListSource or USLeadList?

In fact after one of the podcast a few weeks ago I went ahead and pulled the trigger and signed up for a direct mail campaign.

I was interested in getting some ideas of how much mail campaigns are costing people these days.

In doing my "Driving for Dollars" campaign, I sent out a direct mail marketing piece and to what I thought was the owner, but shows as trustee on the county records.
