Absentee Owners
Where can I find lists of absentee owners personal addresses? I read in a book about flipping that I could call a title company and have them give me a list of home owners with out of state tax id's. I've called a couple title agencies and all but one said they couldn't do it. One said they didn't have time. Where are some of you getting your leads on absentee owners?

Title companies can pull it for you if they want to. Talk to their marketer. They need to believe that you plan on dong business with them in the future though. You might want to talk to other investors in your area and see where they are getting it (which title co). There are also national list companies you can pay for that information.
