Plus it works on any computer with a browser, no need to install a $300 software suite on every computer and pay $300 a year for a new desktop app that doesn't do anything new except move a few menus around.I switched this year and love it.

I have tried clearing all of my cookies, cache, logging off and on, using a different browser, and using a different computer, all to no avail.

I'm actually not using the app since you can't open more than one page in it, so I'm just using a browser.
