Earlier today we launched a new feature on the forums sure to help our members save time and poised to eliminate the problem of members posting questions that have already been asked and answered.

Helping you find answers to your real estate questions quickly!

When you Create a Topic, and start to enter the subject of the post, you'll notice a box underneath that appears, containing Related Forum Discussions.

The more concise and clear you are with your post title, the more accurate the responses you'll receive. Just click on any of the links that appear and they will open in a new tab in your browser for you to preview.

What Does it All Mean?
If you find the answers you seek, we just saved you the time of re-posting and waiting for responses.

If not, go ahead and post your question . . . hopefully you'll get the response you seek quickly.

We realize that many websites care only about adding content - good or bad - but we're more concerned about helping our members to better find the answers they are looking for.

BiggerPockets is committed to our members, and we know that this, amongst other changes that we're making, will demonstrate that commitment.
