Detroit is a block by block city.

I like 3/2 brick or block houses (so I don’t have to paint) and are in the sunbelt (Specifically TX and FL markets with growing populations over 100k) because I don’t want pipes freezing, since we started investing while we were overseas.  

Example: once I had a neighbor that was continually blocking the driveway of my rental property with his truck, as the driveways were conjoined.

Purchase price: $205,000 Cash invested: $175,000 This was quite the rare deal in the South Philly neighborhood of Point Breeze, located a few blocks south of Washington Ave and 22nd St this corner property while only having a lot size of 16x64 was 2000 sqft!

This means every mandatory block is filled in, I have a copy of their photo ID, they provided me with supporting documentation, and they have paid the fee.

Block it off when you want, with a tenant that can afford $750/week and afford to be on vacation. 

I think that I made pretty much every mistake that and investor could make – overpaid, bad location (Balt is a city of neighborhoods and you go one block and everything changes), believed the realtor and etc.

Every meeting you attend and every person you meet will be another building block in your success story.

Cabarete is cool but if you’re into kitesurfing, and past the block on the strip it’s not developed back there.

They then said I would have to still go on and modify any long term blocked calendars thus defeating the purpose of a good solution.
