I'm over towards Legends in KS, about a mile from where the new Amazon warehouse is being built.  

(Many who were reaping the benefits of this KS tax law change were complaining that they weren't paying enough believe it or not -- if you read the Wichita Business Journal or the Eagle you've likely seen articles to that effect)You can get a better understanding of it if you find the article the Eagle had a  year or so ago relating to KU basketball coach Bill Self taking full advantage of the tax code change.  

If you'd spend the time watching the basketball playoffs (not that I'd blame you) that's another.  4.)

I played football, baseball, basketball, and track and field in high school and not that I think about it being a perfectionist might derive from what those sports instilled.

This year no basketball goal, next year no vans, next year no boats, watercraft, or motorcycles, no American Flags, vehicles with lettering, etc.

My father played pro basketball I've always wanted to get into real estate and I am happy to be here and to learn from all the great members.

The areas that get better rent in KCK are close to KUMed teaching hospital or further west by 435 and the Legends.

Hardly the stuff of legend.

But, we ended up going with Legends 20mm vinyl plank.
