Hello from a newbie in Kansas City!

Hi everyone, glad to find a real estate investor community online! I'm a Kansas City area native, am currently going through a RichDad financial literacy coaching program, and I've settled on real estate as my vehicle to wealth. There's a lot to learn, I have a thousand questions, and I'm excited to be here!

I'm new to real estate investing, know just enough about real estate to know I want to be involved where the real money is found - I've been employed for the last four years with a company to schedule appointments for real estate agents and brokers to facilitate showings and other types of activities for their listings.

After talking with thousands of realtors, home owners, tenants, inspectors, appraisers, and a few investors, as well as others involved in the buying and selling process, I think I'm ready to connect and network, and eventually make the switch from employee to business owner and investor.
