I always looked for properties that were in areas about to 'gentrify'......that combined with a little renovating is an awesome way to get a multiple equity boost....This is a literal no-brainer to me......as long as the area is not going to go downhill....

Any advice or personal experience that you can share would be greatly appreciated.CoreyJason did an awesome job summarizing things for you!

Also any other pay per lead companies would be awesome as well for recomendations?

I did this last year and it was awesome.
