Landlords/ladies,I learned there is a newTX house bill 1510 that says "cause of action does not accrue against a landlord solely for leasing a dwelling to a tenant, based on evidence thatthe tenant has been convicted of, or arrested or placed on deferred adjudication for, an offense."

Basically you throw the previous owner a couple of bucks to stay out of the way, you are subject to the mortgage and will have to pay it off to avoid anymore accruing interest/pending foreclosure action.

Now to be honest, there might be ways they can help you talk your way out of the fees but I feel there is no way that you would accrue points/mileage on these checks.They want us to sign up for the $20k to $55k package which includes the additional training, seminars, software, mentoring so we can be professionals in this business (this is a money business not a real estate business according to trevor)Just my 2 cents in case anybody is thinking of this.
