During Viet Nam, many in uniform looked to the draft dodgers as cowards, I really didn't and argued in their defense at times, to no avail, since they were acting in support of their convictions which were well founded in my opinion since we also have the right to disagree, even with authority as civilians.Saying that one has no obligation to contribute to society is rather niave and immature IMO.
