Where are foreclosure auctions held in orange county, ca?

Where exactly are foreclosure auctions held in orange county, ca? I assumed they were held at superior court but their website does not mention foreclosures.
I am mainly interested in residential income properties. Are these auctions walk in?

Still, experience can only do so much. I've seen REO's where the bank (and its agents) never told anyone about serious water damage in the building (40k +). How can you foresee that? Foreclosures are worse. How can he overbid everyone all the time, and not get bit in the ass half the time?

I suppose if you know exactly what you are doing - understood exactly the risks you are taking - then you could probably out bid less experienced investors who have to protect themselves against unknowns.

I know you weren't.  I was just saying I wasn't necessarily giving him a glowing recommendation so I thought I'd stick to semi-anonymity.  Seems like that was a futile attempt, and it also sounds like it probably doesn't matter.

Does anyone actually know the guy?

Wasn't speaking negative about him. It's well known in the trustee sale business who he is. It's also well known that he will beat just about anybody at the OC auctions. He doesn't bid up properties as aggresively in SB and RIV counties and he's not even present in LA.

I'm not sure he donates the ones he doesn't like to the church, but I have heard that he is very involved with the church.
