@Eric CarrI keep hearing a lot these days about bit coin supply being low but I have a hard time conceptually understanding finite supply of a digital entity that can be easily cloned (put it simply copy + paste) that is not the case with physical entities such as gold and real estate, anyone here can shed some light on this?

Largely, I think plenty of people have accurately painted this as your typical "fake guru" scam, and even more members are afraid to speak out since they can easily kick you out of the material you paid for (and have done so with plenty of people in the past) with no refund and no legal recourse.

The costs ROUGHLY range from $105-$120/ft for new construction single family on the low end (if you're careful on costs/finishes, otherwise you can easily run way over that with more expensive flooring, appliances, etc.) and multis can run $120/ft and go way, way up from there.
