Renovation Question about Window Color

I just bought a Client of mine a distressed SFR and he is renovating it now. The Windows are extremely good quality , but Brown casing and frame. I am wondering if he should just keep it and power wash it or change to white . What do you think?

A rental just needs to be clean and servicable. Color of windows won't increase/decrease rent
