I’m currently reading David Greene’s book on BRRRR.I also learned about a local RE meet up group that has a webinar tomorrow evening hosted by Cincinnati’s Best Ever REI Mastermind.

Hell BP community - I am looking to expand my portfolio and recently joined (but haven’t attended yet) one mastermind group for people with W2 jobs and really looking forward to it. 1 is good but more is better and wanted to get a list of other groups that help people with W2’s navigate the market.

I know mastermind groups are a common thread but was wondering if there’s such a thing as a mastermind group between experienced sponsors or a co-sponsor group.

He has daily goals for himself on blogs, podcasts and masterminds. 

How do I find out if there is a local mastermind group for me to inquire about joining?

Rankbreeze is other tool I haven’t used yet but I know is amazing from hosts in my STR mastermind group.
