Newbie from Northern KY/Cincinnati

Hello all! My name is Jordan Olinger and I am a current law student at Northern Ky University. I ran into a BP Podcast one day and I am very interested in real estate! Currently, I am listening to Estate estate rookie and BP while reading anything I can get a hold of dealing with real estate. Obviously, I am very new to this and I just want to absorb any knowledge anyone is willing to give me. So with that being said, I would be grateful for any input! I am looking forward to connecting with you all!

I'm in a very similar boat- I live in Bellevue, KY and I'm absorbing as much as I can through BP podcasts and other resources. I'm currently reading David Greene's book on BRRRR.
