I've had to do the "Tenant and unknown occupants" on an eviction and when the Sheriff shows up with the court order they don't care who is there, everyone MUST leave then and there or get charged/arrested for trespassing. 

Sometime in June he was arrested for discharging a firearm.

Shootings almost never result in an arrest, but almost always represent either gang or drug related activity.  

For example, I did it in downtown Playa del Carmen and Puerto Vallarta, to the point that I was regularly crossing the same police cars and I was always afraid that they'd arrest me thinking that I was acting strangely. ;-).

I have a half a million dollar house people are damaging, and I'm being told that *I* will be the one fined or possibly arrested by the state for trying to protect my property from damage.

On top of this was dealing with a problem tenant who had actually gotten arrested on the property and had someone break a window and was causing a bunch of issues.

The magistrate awarded me a "capias" (civil arrest warrant that I could execute at will) and an "execution" (a constable or sheriff could seize assets and sell them to satisfy the judgement). 

The tenants are violating the lease with pets on the premises, and with a disturbing-the-peace arrest last fall.
