That way, if it's something that's not being done, you can more-quickly get to the understanding of WHY it's not being done, and focus on solving the issues (or find a new strategy if the issues are too daunting).The fact is, if the only advantage you have is "first mover" (you came up with it first), you don't really have any advantage given your lack of experience.

I buy these a fair amount, and have a good relationship with the mover and still pay $1,700-2,000 per move and set.
