Mobile Home Deal. Help!!!
Looking for some advice.
I am looking into a 5 trailer mobile home deal.
Rent: approx. $300
PP: 40,000
The big issue is that the property is not zoned as Residential Single Family only. The town is growing rapidly and the city is attempting to get rid of all the trailer parks. They have past numberous ordinances against them. I have talked to the city and they will not even consider rezoning and will not allow any new trailers to go onto the property. I am afraid that if i do buy it, the city will come back in a short time and tell me that i have to remove the trailers. Any advice is appreciated.
