PG County has some ok areas as well like Laurel, Bowie, College Park.

Spent the last few months saving money and researching the local area (pg county/baltimore county) and attending several meetups and have to say I am really enjoying every bit so far. 

Central to northern PG county might be, Howard and Anne Arundel counties as well might be a good fit.

I believe they could give you a rough idea BUT make sure you are aware of new energy regulations that mandate solar panels and that PG and E is ok with the location of the power lines.

@Mike Cumbie at least in PG county they except search and rescue dogs from the law.

there are simply two sides to these equations.But for real world leverage when I was in the Timber business I could get Lumber MIlls to front 100% for timber deeds I put together charge NO interest and no points and get repaid by simply delivering logs with no PG.. that was during a very competitive and hot log market that since has gone away at least in the northwest..
