Again, without writing a novel explaining the details and reasoning behind this (should be obvious to the experts anyways) - I want to locate properties owned by distressed sellers.Maybe they're not even selling either - they may just be in a bind (i.e. lost a job, getting divorced ... can't pay local taxes, whatever)Where's a good place to start when looking for distressed sellers???
