I've been devouring as much info as I can from videos and blogs and became very interest in this opportunity.

I am currently watching Youtube videos and reading the Ultimate Guide to Real Estate document and BiggerPockets content to gain more knowledge. 

Some lights and video cameras stops lots of problems before they ever start.

I have so many questions, is there some books, videos, webinars I can look into that further explain this business venture?
