Additionally, influences are unique to particular neighborhoods.Of primary consideration is local influence - all the way down to the acutal individual neighborhood and the people living within the neighborhood.National events do have affects all the way down to the neighborhood.

Is the kitchen just as "unique" in terms of the color combinations used there?  

Typically we are focused on a more traditional BRRR approach but this one had a unique potential value proposition that we wanted to explore under contract.

Also pay extra attention to the area that you buy in and try to find something unique about the place.

How that impact on the multifamily at that regions?
