He wants to be sure it has the value, has clear title, property isn't a toxic waste dump, etc, etc, etc.You can start the conversation with "I have a 4 bed 2 bath built in 1985 that's 2,000 sq ft in 85204. 

Enjoy the finished lower level w/ expansive rec room,4th bed,3/4 bath w/ walk-in tile shower & oodles of storage!

Purchase price: $130,000 4 bed & 2 bath that I bought as my first home and lived in till I got the courage to start investing in real estate.

As a past software developer, website developer I found TIN oddly lacking in obvious data fields:  beds, baths, age.  

They’ll jump right in with you as a partner if you’re a 1st time homebuyer crying the blues over detached home prices. ..because of course everyone employed 36.5hr/week or more should be able to afford a detached 3 bed 2.5 bath (usually new build) house no more than 15 minutes from downtown in all major cities...
