A CFD is not the way to go, but putting in the offer that the Realtor gets the commission at signing an installment purchase, by modifying the listing agreement, will improve your chances.A listing doesn't have to be made for an installment offer to be made......unless the listing says no installments or specifies the offers to be accepted.

If a dog damages the property or disturbs other tenants they should be financially responsible just like someone would have to install and then later remove their own grabs bars or accessible fixtures at their own cost (at least in CT).
