To all posters,Sometimes just like talking people type out things and submit things too fast to understand the implication and impact it will have on others.So when your fingers are fixing to type lightning fast or blurt out a response with the first thing that comes too mind it would be better to take a moment and think.Then put together a post of quality that can benefit the community as a whole in a positive way.

The results of the inspection are submitted to someone called the SAR (acronym unknown) who is someone that works for the lender who has taken the appropriate VA education to know whether the VA will guarantee the loan or not.

I believe if a person is strong in their belief that they can get you funding then they should get paid when IT FUNDS.When I work with a client buying commercial real estate I require them to submit proof of funds, have phone meetings, etc. to show they are serious.
