VA inspections
Okay y'all,
After calling around, it looks like I have found a lender that might be able to get a VA loan approval for me and my wife to buy our next property.
I know that VA inspections are usually pickier than FHA or conventional inspections, so we won't be able to look at distressed properties.
Do any of you have much experience with VA inspections and know what kind of little things will cause the inspection to fail. I would like to have as good of an idea as possible so I can decide whether or not to pay for an inspection since I will still have to pay for it even if it fails.
