So, from talking to Bkrs all day, I decided to get back in and do it all over again.I'm trying to get up to speed right now, but I do know a about the LA market.

I figure once these flips paydown existing debt we can then begin to  leverage the profit from flips to speed up the process of aquiring buy/hold properties.

I don't steal a lot of business from credit unions over rate, nor do I lose anything to them, it's almost always a matter of speed, service, who the client feels will take better care of them, not really a compelling rate/fee difference either way.
